3. Ordering and Payments

Orders are placed via WhatsApp or our website contact form.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for all orders.
Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and will be communicated before order confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver to all 77 districts of Nepal.
Same-day dispatch is available for orders placed before 2 PM (Kathmandu Valley).
Delivery times vary by location: 1–3 days for Kathmandu Valley, 3–7 days for other districts.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or natural events.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened, sealed products.
Opened products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the product is defective.
